Privacy policy
Effective 31 October 2026. Published by Arkentronert for Oogooo Plates.
Your car and plate collection stays on your device. The app works offline, without ads, analytics or tracking.
Your collection
Oogooo Plates stores your car and number-plate records, values, notes, tags, favorites, collections, journal dates, language preferences and selected photo copies in the app's private storage on your device. These records and photos are not sent to a server. No account is needed.
Selected photos
The app opens Android's photo picker and reads only photos you choose. It does not request access to your whole photo library, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. Your selected photo is copied into private app storage. Photo files may contain metadata; treat them as private when sharing a backup.
Backups and removal
Automatic Android backup is disabled. Export backup creates a JSON file containing your records and attached photos, then opens Android's share sheet. The destination you choose receives that file and may upload or share it under its own settings and privacy policy. Backups are not encrypted. Keep them privately. Restoring a backup replaces the current collection after you confirm. You can delete records or erase local data in Settings. Uninstalling removes local app data. Exported backups and original photos remain where you saved them.
Offline operation
The app has no network permission and contains no advertising, analytics, attribution SDK or online offer pages. It does not collect installation identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage reports. Privacy and support links open your browser; email support opens your chosen mail app.
Support requests
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and your email address. We use it to respond to your request. Please do not send private collection backups or documents unless needed for your request. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence at the address below.
